This course will provide an introduction to performance analytics principles and their applications in government. Participants will gain practical experience in building or strengthening performance analytics practices and developing innovative solutions to improve government services.

By the end of this course, you will be able to:
-Identify most common elements of performance analytics programs.
-Apply a method of analysis to common analytical problem types.
-Apply appreciative inquiry practices to improve discussion of analytical products.
-Develop an appropriate message to communicate performance progress and insights to stakeholders.
